Carbuncle Pond is a great place to go for year-round fishing. This popular fishing destination is known for its large variety of fish. Several times throughout the year, the pond is stocked with trout, including golden rainbow trout that are raised in a hatchery. During the winter months, Carbuncle Pond is also frequented by locals looking for great ice fishing. There are two gravel parking lots at the pond. You can access the handicapped-accessible fishing pier from one of the lots, and a concrete plank boat ramp from the other. If you bring a boat, note that only electric trolling motors are permitted.
